Some are for carving. Some are for eating! Delicious in muffins, bread, or pancakes. Pumpkin adds creamy flavor to smoothies, and soups or makes a mouth-watering meal (See recipes). It’s nutritiously rich, high in fiber, and low in calories.
Amazing Winter Squash: White Delicata and Sweet Dumpling with green strips. Pale yellow Butternut. Dark green, round Acorn. West Indian Calabaza and surprising Spaghetti Squash! They look like decorations, but their real beauty lies on the inside.

Our Harvest Home Farmers’ Markets are open and overflowing with fresh fruits and veggies that make you hungry just thinking about them: juicy, red strawberries, crunchy sugar snap peas, crisp radishes, plump asparagus, lots of greens like velvety spinach, crisp Swiss Chard, Kale and different kinds of lettuce. Ripened in the field, freshly picked, our produce comes straight from a nearby farm to our markets.
